Snickerdoodles

1 c Margarine, softened
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs

Mix above ingredients thoroughly. Add:

2 2/3 c Flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cream of tarter

Chill dough and roll into balls the size of walnuts. Roll ball in mixture of 2 Tbsp sugar & 2 Tbsp cinnamon. Place on greased cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake at 350 7-10 minutes. Do not overbake.

Hi Jenna,
I have to tell you that this recipe for Snickerdoodles is Samantha's all-time favorite cookie. I can still picture picking her up from your home and you two playing dress-up and eating fresh cookies - aahh memories:)
