Cheeseburger Soup

1 lb Hambuger (browned with onion)
2/3 C Diced Celery
2/3 C Carrots, Grated or Chopped
3 C Chicken Broth
1 1/2 C Milk
5-6 Slices of American Cheese
1/4 C Sour Cream
3 Tbsp Margarine
3 Tbsp Flour
4 C Potatoes, diced


Cook hamburger with onion, drain. Slow cook celery & carrots, potatoes in chicken broth until tender. Add hamburger to this mixture. Melt margarine, add flour and milk - cook until thickened. Add to celery, carrots, potatoes and hamburger. Add cheese & sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
