Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

2 C Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 C Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 C Oil
1 1/2 Sticks Margarine
1/2 C Peanut Butter
1 C Water
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 C Buttermilk

Mix together flour, soda, sugar and salt; set aside. Bring to boil the oil, peanut butter, oleo and water; cool 10 minutes. Pour over dry ingredients and mix with mixer. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk; mix well. Pour batter into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool before frosting.

Frosting:
1/2 C Peanut Butter
1/2 C Milk
1 stick Margarine
1 tsp. Vanilla
4 C Powdered Sugar

Melt peanut butter, milk and oleo together. Pour this mixture over powdered sugar; add vanilla. Beat with mixer until smooth.
